Copywriting
I started out writing copy for internet projects at the Tribune and promotional copy for some of my freelance clients' small business packages. Last year I earned a Master's degree in creative writing from Northwestern University and in 2006 I was recruited by Nicole Fortuna at LTD Commodities to write and edit catalog copy. I wrote copy for housewares, fashions, toys, hardware and sporting goods. My most recent freelance projects were editing and proofreading a B2B blog for Moveo, an Oak Brook based PR firm, and writing copy for Frank Konrath Photography, a local photo studio.
